Sixes Management provides management services on behalf of homeowners associations, condominium associations, property owners associations, and other client communities.

Each association is a separate legal entity governed by its own declaration, bylaws, rules, policies, resolutions, contracts, and applicable laws. Sixes Management does not independently establish association policies or make decisions reserved for an association’s board of directors.

If information on the Website conflicts with an association’s governing documents, official records, board-adopted policies, or applicable law, those controlling authorities will govern.

Sixes Management is not responsible for delays, rejected transactions, bank fees, insufficient-funds charges, processing errors, or service interruptions caused by a financial institution or third-party payment provider, except as otherwise required by law.

7. User Accounts and Security

Certain services may require you to create or use an account. You are responsible for:
